Job summary

SALT in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join a large end-to-end payroll environment. You will bring hands-on SAP HCM Payroll expertise and contribute to SuccessFactors Employee Central / ECP integration to support a major organisation in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP Payroll, deep knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, and payroll controls, and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or ECP.
• Ideally 5+ years within SAP Payroll.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
• Experience supporting large, complex employee populations.
• Strong payroll configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll controls.
• Experience with EC/ECP integration and replication.
• Saudi payroll experience is highly desirable.

We are supporting a major organisation in Riyadh that is urgently looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong SuccessFactors Employee Central / ECP experience.

This is a critical role supporting an large end-to-end payroll environment.
