Job summary

Salt is seeking an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in Riyadh for an immediate start. The role focuses on SAP HCM Payroll with SuccessFactors Employee Central / ECP, supporting a large end-to-end payroll environment for a major Saudi client.

We require 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience, strong end-to-end payroll knowledge, and proven troubleshooting skills. Saudi payroll experience is highly desirable; candidates must be able to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central/ECP.
• 5+ years in SAP Payroll.
• Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge.
• Experience supporting large employee populations.
• Payroll configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll controls.
• Experience with EC/ECP integration and replication.
• Saudi payroll experience is highly desirable.

We are supporting a major organization in Riyadh that is urgently looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong SuccessFactors Employee Central / ECP experience.

This is a critical role supporting an large end-to-end payroll environment.

Requirements:

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or ECP
• Ideally 5+ years within SAP Payroll
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
• Experience supporting large, complex employee populations
• Strong payroll configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll controls
• Experience with EC/ECP integration and replication
• Able to understand customer issues and resolve them quickly
• Saudi payroll experience is highly desirable
