Job summary

YALLO Group in Riyadh seeks a SAP HCM Techno-functional Consultant to lead hybrid EC and payroll initiatives, leveraging SF EC, BIB, and S4 HANA Payroll to deliver integrated HR solutions. The role demands deep Saudi Payroll experience, strong ABAP and CPI skills, and a track record of end-to-end implementations.

You will coordinate with Payroll and EC teams, map field data, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SF BIB or EC & SAP HCM Payroll experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end EC & S4 HANA implementation projects in hybrid EC & S4 HANA setups.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP and CPI integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC and S4 HANA Payroll implementations.
• Configure and upgrade SAP HCM Payroll and EC in hybrid project setups.
• Manage BIB mappings and coordinate with EC and Payroll consultants.
• Provide ABAP and CPI integration support.
• Engage with stakeholders and document solution designs.
• Ensure Saudi Payroll compliance and delivery timelines.

Combination with Saudi Payroll experience

Key Responsibilities

• Must have more than 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) & SAP HCM Payroll module.
• Must have at least 2 end to end project implementation experience in hybrid model EC & S4 HANA
• Candidate should be aware of configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement and troubleshooting.
• Candidate should have good technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration.
• Must have good understanding EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
• Must have hands on experience field level mapping between EC & SAP HCM
• Involved in end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA Payroll
• Ability to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC & Payroll consultants.
• Previous consulting experience is mandatory
• Saudi Payroll is experience is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Must have good communication/documentation skills
