Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Architect with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to shape solutions for marketing objectives and lead design across the delivery lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on SFMC Next implementations, deep architecture know-how, and exceptional stakeholder management to guide offshore teams and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience on at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementation.
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives, customer journeys and use cases.
• Proven experience leading client conversations, discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations to understand marketing objectives, business requirements, and key use cases.
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
• Translate marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud.
• Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Provide architectural and functional leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Own and manage the backlog with requirements, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with offshore development teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Serve as key liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support solution reviews and key design decisions during implementation.
• Communicate complex Salesforce solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
