Salesforce Lead Architect Consultant - Core Clouds

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Lead Architect Consultant - Core Clouds with strong expertise across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, shape Salesforce solutions, and lead functional and solution design across the delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, while working closely with offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations to understand business requirements, challenges, and strategic objectives.
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Own and drive solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide architectural and functional leadership throughout the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including requirements, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with offshore development and delivery teams to ensure requirements and solution designs are clearly understood.
• Act as a key point of contact between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support solution reviews, design decisions, and resolution of functional or delivery challenges.
• Communicate complex Salesforce solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Lead Consultant / Lead Architect capacity.
• Strong experience leading client-facing discussions, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
• Strong Salesforce solution design and architecture experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong experience with backlog ownership, user stories, and Agile delivery.
• Experience working with and coordinating offshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders.

Ability to work across business, functional, and technical teams in complex enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce architecture or consultant certifications.
• Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes.
• Experience working with clients in complex enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce integrations and broader CRM architecture.
• Experience working with distributed or international delivery teams.
