Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner helping organizations evolve their marketing and customer experiences. We seek a Salesforce Lead Architect for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to shape solutions, lead design, and guide delivery across the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on SFMC Next implementations, strong client-facing skills, and proven leadership in architecture, backlog ownership, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with SFMC and Data Cloud.
• 2+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience on at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementation.
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives, customer journeys, and marketing use cases.
• Experience leading client conversations, discovery sessions, and workshops.
• Proven experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture.
• Experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery.

Salesforce Lead Architect - Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Lead Architect - Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud with strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud. The role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and use cases, shape Salesforce solutions, and lead solution design across the delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce architecture and consulting experience, including hands-on exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementations, along with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience working on at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementation project.
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives, customer journeys, and marketing use cases.
• Proven experience leading client conversations, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
• Strong experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture.
• Experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery.
• Experience working with and coordinating offshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders.
