Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner helping organizations evolve their marketing and customer experiences. We seek a Salesforce Lead Architect for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to shape solutions, lead design, and guide delivery across the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on SFMC Next implementations, strong client-facing skills, and proven leadership in architecture, backlog ownership, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with SFMC and Data Cloud.
• 2+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience on at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementation.
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives, customer journeys, and marketing use cases.
• Experience leading client conversations, discovery sessions, and workshops.
• Proven experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture.
• Experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations to understand objectives and use cases.
• Run workshops with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead solution design and architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Provide architectural and functional leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Own and manage backlog including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with offshore development and delivery teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support solution reviews and key design decisions during implementation.
• Communicate complex Salesforce solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
