Qualifications

• Twelve-plus years of Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Minimum two-plus years in a Lead Consultant or Lead Architect role.
• Experience leading client-facing discussions, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
• Strong Salesforce solution design and architecture experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with backlog ownership, user stories, and Agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating offshore development teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations to understand requirements, challenges and objectives.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Own and drive solution design aligned to objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide architectural and functional leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and designs.
• Act as a primary contact between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support solution reviews, design decisions and issue resolution.
• Communicate complex Salesforce solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
