Job summary

cander seeks an experienced Salesforce Lead Functional Consultant to join our global digital transformation team in Riyadh, working on an enterprise client engagement. The role covers leading client conversations around marketing objectives, business requirements, and customer journeys.

The candidate will own discovery workshops and manage the product backlog, collaborating with offshore teams to deliver Salesforce Marketing solutions. Arabic and English language skills are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years as Architect/Lead Functional Consultant.
• Experience leading discovery and solution workshops.
• Own the product backlog and translate business needs into requirements.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Arabic and English is desirable.

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.
• 2+ years of experience as a and Architecht/Lead Functional Consultant
• Strong ability to lead client conversations around marketing objectives, business requirements and customer journeys
• Experience organising and leading discovery and solution workshops
• Experience owning and managing the product backlog
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear requirements and guide delivery teams
• Experience working effectively with offshore teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic & English language skills are highly desirable
