Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Architect for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to drive solution design and delivery. You will work with client stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and shape Salesforce implementations, including SFMC Next projects, while guiding cross-functional teams across the delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of Salesforce experience, strong architecture and consulting credentials, and exceptional communication to lead

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with SFMC and Data Cloud.
• Minimum 2+ years as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience on at least one SFMC Next implementation project.
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives and customer journeys.
• Proven experience leading client conversations, discovery sessions, and workshops.
• Experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating offshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills engaging senior client stakeholders.
