Job summary

FNRCO in Riyadh seeks a motivated Sales Agent to contact potential and existing customers by phone, present products, and close sales to hit monthly targets.

You will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, document activity in the CRM, and maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions, and company policies. Bilingual Arabic/English preferred, with strong communication and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• No prior experience required.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets is an advantage.
• English proficiency at B1–C1 is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects, and handle inbound sales inquiries.
• Present products and services clearly and match them to customer needs.
• Answer questions, handle objections, and negotiate to close sales.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Follow up with leads and customers to convert opportunities and build repeat business.
• Record all calls, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.

• Provide after-sales support and refer complex issues to the relevant team.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
