Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Riyadh to drive store sales and deliver excellent service. You will recognize customer needs, recommend optical frames and lenses, and help create a friendly shopping experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales (optical preferred) and a Bachelor's degree, with fluency in English and Arabic. You will support the optical team during peak hours and maintain product displays.

Job Purpose: Driving store sales by delivering excellent customer service, promoting products effectively, and supporting basic optical understanding, while ensuring smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, sunglasses, basic lenses).
• Drive conversion, upselling, Cross-Selling and promotions execution.
• Achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.
• Deliver a friendly and professional customer journey.
• Handle customer inquiries and basic issues effectively.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Understand basic prescriptions and product types (frames, lenses, CL).
• Support opticians by guiding customers before technical handling.
• Ensure correct communication of customer needs to optician/technician.
• Process transactions accurately through POS system.
• Support insurance documentation and basic inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain product display and cleanliness standards.
• Support stock handling and report shortages or issues.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and promotions awareness.
• Work with team to achieve store targets.
• Support opticians and technicians during peak hours.
