Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Dammam seeks an experienced Retail Optical Sales Lead to drive high-value sales, upselling and promotions while maintaining premium customer service. You will support targets, help improve conversion and ATV, and build strong relationships with VIP customers.

The role requires knowledge of prescriptions and lenses, strong English and Arabic communication, and the ability to coach junior staff. Optical knowledge is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail sales, optical experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-value sales, upselling, and promotions execution.
• Support store in achieving targets and improving conversion and ATV.
• Act as role model in sales behavior and customer handling.
• Handle complex customer cases, objections, and complaints.
• Ensure delivery of a premium and consistent customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with VIP and returning customers.
• Understand prescriptions, lenses, and product matching.
• Guide customers before and during technical handling.
• Support opticians in explaining technical solutions in a sales-friendly way.
• Ensure accurate handling of POS transactions and insurance sales.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support checking orders for basic accuracy and customer expectations.
• Ensure smooth coordination with optician/technician before delivery.
• Reduce customer complaints related to miscommunication or wrong selection.
• Support onboarding and training of sales associates.
• Guide team on selling techniques and customer handling.
• Monitor floor performance and support improvement.
• Monitor product availability and highlight fast/slow-moving items.
• Ensure proper display and product presentation.
• Support stock control and reporting of issues.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and floor supervision.
• Act as shift leader when required.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience: 3–5 years in retail sales (optical preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably related field.

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications: Not mandatory (optical knowledge preferred).
