Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Dammam seeks an experienced Optical Retail Sales Associate to deliver a professional customer journey and drive store performance. You will identify customer needs and recommend frames, lenses, CL and sunglasses, read prescriptions accurately, and process transactions on POS while supporting the eyewear team during peak times.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with 2–5 years in optical retail and a Diploma/Bachelor in optics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Check prescription, fitting, and product specifications.
• Ensure no defects and full match with customer order.
• Support zero-error delivery and resolve issues before handover.
• Process transactions accurately through POS system.
• Support insurance approvals and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock accuracy and proper product handling.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Maintain product knowledge across categories.
• Work with team to achieve store targets.
• Support opticians and sales team during peak times.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
