Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to enable the Gulf region's international sales success. You will deliver actionable insights, optimize processes, and ensure accurate use of SF systems and sales tools from our Riyadh-based operations team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, order management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within medical devices, healthcare or multinational environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM systems, including pipeline management, data accuracy, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of order-to-cash processes, including purchase orders, sales orders, product allocation, shipment coordination, proof of delivery, and revenue recognition requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to sales teams across the Gulf region.
• Develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
• Lead SF optimization initiatives to enhance pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and sales efficiency.
• Automate reporting and sales processes to improve productivity and scalability.
• Coordinate and prepare regional business reviews in collaboration with FP&A and Finance teams.
• Deliver insights and commentary on key opportunities, large deals, and contract performance.
• Support regional sales planning and forecasting processes with accurate and timely data.
• Analyze market and sales trends across Gulf region to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Support the definition and tracking of sales quotas across markets.
• Work on timely receiving of POs from distributors, and processing with Dist. Intl to get SO.
• Work with Regulatory and Finance teams to release SO.
