Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to empower the Gulf region’s international sales force. You will deliver analytical support, dashboards, and insights, while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Logistics to optimize orders and forecasting.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Operations, this on-site role in Riyadh focuses on improving pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and sales efficiency across Gulf markets, enabling revenue growth and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial operations, order management, logistics, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM systems, including pipeline management and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to sales teams across the Gulf region.
• Develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
• Lead SF optimization to enhance pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
• Automate reporting and sales processes to improve productivity.
• Coordinate regional business reviews with FP&A and Finance teams.
• Deliver insights on opportunities, large deals, and contract performance.
• Support regional sales planning and forecasting with timely data.
• Analyze market and sales trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Track sales quotas across markets and ensure timely PO receipt and order release.
