Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial operations, order management, logistics, or a similar role, preferable in medical device or multinational settings.
• Strong experience with Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM systems, including pipeline management, data accuracy, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of order‑to‑cash processes, including purchase orders, sales orders, product allocation, shipment coordination, proof of delivery, and revenue recognition requirements.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Provide operational and analytical support to sales teams across the Gulf region.
• Develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision‑making.
• Lead SF optimization initiatives to enhance pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and sales efficiency.
• Automate reporting and sales processes to improve productivity and scalability.
• Coordinate and prepare regional business reviews in collaboration with FP&A and Finance teams.
• Deliver insights and commentary on key opportunities, large deals, and contract performance.
• Support regional sales planning and forecasting processes with accurate and timely data.
• Analyze market and sales trends across Gulf region to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Support the definition and tracking of sales quotas across markets.
• Work on timely receiving of POs from distributors, and processing with Dist. Intl to get SO.
• Work with Regulatory and Finance teams to release SO.
