Job summary

ROSEN Saudi Arabia in Dhahran seeks an experienced sales professional to build and expand customer relationships in the oil and gas sector. You will drive market penetration, represent ROSEN through the full sales cycle, and coordinate with regional service lines to deliver first-class solutions.

Travel across the region may be required to grow business, with a high level of English communication and a strong technical background in pipeline integrity or NDT concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve market understanding (regulatory changes, trends, customer needs).
• Ensure positive customer relationships and coordinate with ROSEN services regionally.

What you can expect

Responsibilities

• Build close customer relationships for continuous business expansion
• Actively explore the market to understand customer’s needs and to implement resulting strategies to improve market penetration;
• Increase Brand awareness of ROSEN products and services in the relevant market;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities;
• Represent the ROSEN Group to the customer during the entire sales process;
• Provide quotations and proposals, followed up with sales execution and after sales support;
• Achieve the targeted market presence and gaining market intelligence;
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Service Line management
• Continuous improvement of market understanding (e.g. regulatory changes, market trends, customer needs and competition)
• Ensure positive customer relationships and align with other ROSEN services in the region or the group as needed to provide first class customer solutions

What you will bring

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Relevant Industry recognized qualifications also desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a (technical) Customer facing function preferable in the Oil & Gas industry
• Technical background and / or work experience in NDT / pipeline integrity management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in and contribute in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to work effectively within a challenging environment

• A high level of spoken and written English is essential for this role, with the ability to speak Arab an advantage
