Job summary

You will manage existing contracts, mentor a team, and collaborate with global and regional leaders to deliver integrated services in line with DNV standards and Saudi regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, civil, or process engineering.
• Several years of ops management, contracts management, business development and CRM in the TIC sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager Saudi Arabia to lead our operations in the country. The candidate should be a Saudi national with experience in customer relationship management and operations management. This role involves driving business growth, managing existing contracts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Ensure projects are delivered in accordance to DNV standards policies procedures and relevant Saudi legislation Collaborate with DNV global and regional Service Line leaders to deliver an integrated service offering Identify and mitigate operational risks Lead and mentor a team of professionals fostering a positive and productive work environment Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their goals Generate and deliver regular reports on business performance customer satisfaction and market trends to senior management
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and sustain effective relationships with primary customers and stakeholders Verify customer requirements are fulfilled and promptly resolve any problems or concerns Conduct important client meetings to ensure agreement on project expectations and deliverables
• Contract Management: Oversee the management of existing contracts ensuring compliance with terms and conditions Negotiate contract renewals and amendments as necessary
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and potential business opportunities Translate information into knowledgeable insights and recommendations to senior management
• Financial Management & P&L Accountability: Assume full responsibility for the business unit Profit Loss P L performance ensuring achievement of revenue profitability and growth targets Review analyze and interpret monthly financial statements including P L reports balance sheets revenue streams cost structures and operational expenses Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts identifying variances and implementing corrective actions where necessary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering.
• Experience: Several years of experience in operations management, contracts management, business development, customer relationship management within the TIC industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships up to C suite level. Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
