Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in front-office operations, hospitality, premium retail, aviation, customer service, or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors, connect them with Sales Executives, and provide a high-quality hospitality experience.
• Register leads accurately in CRM/DMS and allocate to Sales Executives per rotation.
• Maintain showroom standards and coordinate with Sales/Marketing for campaigns and events.
• Collect customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Prepare daily reports on showroom traffic, registrations, and lead activity.
