Job summary

Client of MM Management Consultant seeks a proposal-focused instrumentation engineer to prepare technical and commercial proposals for field instruments across pressure, temperature, level, flow, and analyzers. You will engage with customers, respond to questions, and tailor application-based solutions.

You will review bids from RFQs, promote products through meetings and emails, and follow up until orders are received, leveraging strong technical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5-6 years in proposal prep and sales of process control/instrumentation products.
• Experience with Power, Water, Refinery, Petrochemical industries.
• Hones hands-on with major brands and strong application knowledge.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Field Instrumentation products.
• Prepare proposals for Level, Flow, and Instrumentation systems.
• Respond to customer technical queries and participate in online meetings.
• Identify customer requirements and provide application-based solutions.
• Prepare and review bids based on RFQs and tender documents.
• Promote instrumentation products through meetings and emails, and follow up on quotations.
