Levers Motors is seeking a Sales Coordinator to bridge clients, the sales team and the maintenance workshop. You will ensure timely quotations and accurate reports so equipment arrives with the necessary paperwork.

In this role you will use ERP, maintenance management systems and diagnostic software to track status and service history, coordinating between clients, sales and maintenance for deliveries and service requests. Saudi market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related role.
• Strong experience in the heavy equipment rental market.
• Good working knowledge of maintenance management systems, ERP, equipment diagnostic software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent coordination, communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Familiarity with vendor registration procedures.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and follow up on rental quotations until they are approved or closed.
• Prepare accurate weekly sales reports, equipment inspection reports and service reports.
• Coordinate between clients, sales and the maintenance team on equipment availability, delivery and service requests.
• Use the maintenance management system, ERP and diagnostic software to track equipment status and service history.
• Handle vendor registration with new clients and keep company documents up to date.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on their requests from first contact to delivery.

Levers Motors is the heavy equipment rental arm of AlRuwais, a Saudi company working in contracting and facilities management. We supply machinery and fleet support to construction and industrial sites across the Kingdom.

About the role

In equipment rental, the client who needs a machine on site tomorrow won’t wait two days for a quote. A late price, a missing inspection report or an incomplete vendor file can lose the deal before it starts.

As our Sales Coordinator, you will be the link between clients, the sales team and the maintenance workshop. You will make sure every quote goes out on time and every report is accurate, so equipment arrives where it is needed with the paperwork ready.
