Job summary

Milaya Contracting Co. (شركة ملايا للمقاولات) is hiring a Saudi Sales Representative to bring in leads and manage projects in Riyadh. You will work full-time from our King Fahd District office, making daily client visits across the city and earning commissions on awarded projects.

The role requires 2+ years in sales (preferably in fit-out/contracting), Arabic and English fluency, and strong Excel skills. A valid Saudi driving license and own car are expected.

Qualifications

• Saudi national living in Riyadh, ready to start immediately.
• 2+ years in sales; fit-out/contracting/real estate experience preferred.
• Own contacts in Riyadh who buy or specify fit-out/construction work.
• Able to meet sales targets and report on leads weekly.
• Arabic and English proficiency; good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and bring in leads from clinics, offices, retail brands, villa owners, consultants, project managers, developers and landlords.
• Visit prospects, present Milaya's work, collect project briefs.
• Pass requirements to estimating team and arrange site visits.
• Follow up quotations until award and keep client informed.
• Report weekly on leads, visits, quotations and awards against targets.
• Represent Milaya at project sites, events and supplier showrooms.

We are hiring a Saudi Sales Representative to bring us leads and projects in Riyadh. You will carry a monthly target for qualified leads and site visits and a quarterly target for awarded projects, agreed with you at the start, and you earn a commission on every project awarded through you. Full time, based at our office in King Fahd District, Riyadh, with daily client visits across the city.

What you will do

• Find and bring in leads from your own contacts and from the field: clinics, offices, retail brands, villa owners, consultants, project managers, developers and landlords
• Visit prospects, present Milaya's work and collect the project brief: scope, area, budget and timing
• Pass clear requirements to our estimating team and arrange the site visit
• Follow up every quotation until award, and keep the client informed through the process
• Report weekly on leads, visits, quotations and awards against your target, in Excel
• Represent Milaya at project sites, events and supplier showrooms

What we are looking for

• Saudi national, living in Riyadh, available to start immediately or within 30 days
• 2 or more years in sales, ideally fit-out, contracting, real estate, furniture or building materials
• Your own contacts in Riyadh who buy or specify fit-out, furniture or construction work, ready to approach in your first month
• Used to working to a sales target
• Arabic and English, written and spoken; comfortable in client meetings in both
• Good Excel for lead and quotation tracking
• Own car and valid Saudi driving licence
• Presentable, persistent, and honest about what we can and cannot deliver

Package

• SAR 4,000 per month all-inclusive, registered with GOSI, plus a commission on every project awarded through you. Full-time, 90-day probation.
