Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in Riyadh seeks an enthusiastic luxury retail professional to deliver exceptional customer service, identify customer needs, and drive sales across boutique and department store channels. You will maintain store standards, demonstrate products, and manage POS transactions with precision.

The role focuses on building relationships with key customers, staying current with fashion trends, and contributing to a seamless omnichannel luxury experience across GCC stores and online

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion retail preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship building.
• Cash handling and POS system experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Demonstrate products and up-sell/link related items.
• Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy.
• Handle complaints professionally per policy.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and promotions.
• Uphold grooming standards as directed by management.
• Keep fitting rooms, wrap stands and stock areas organized.
• Monitor stock levels and inform on low inventory.
• Adhere to all company policies including refunds/exchanges, safety and security.
• Capture customer data for the database and POS entries.
• Minimize stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting rooms.

Job Description

To deliver excellent customer service through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale
• Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, in line with the company after sales policy
• Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, instore promotions at all times
• Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager
• Maintain clean and organized wrap stands, fitting rooms and stock areas
• Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies etc.
• Recruit customers for the database, accurately entering their details on the POS system
• Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas
