Job summary

Laverne Group in Riyadh is seeking an S&OP Analyst - Demand & Supply Planning to translate forecasts into actionable demand, production, material, and inventory plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and optimize inventory health.

Responsibilities include demand forecasting, supply/production planning, procurement & material requirements, and S&OP reporting to drive short- and mid-term plans and identify risks with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in S&OP, demand/supply planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory & production planning, BOM and MRP.
• Excel, Power BI; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate forecasts into SKU-level demand plans across channels.
• Develop rolling demand forecasts for retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and more.
• Translate forecasts into production and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with production on capacity and schedules; monitor material availability.
• Support short- to mid-term planning to improve product availability and supply continuity.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and supply gaps; communicate with stakeholders.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations into a unified planning view.
