Job summary

Laverne Group | مجموعة لافيرن is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Analyst to translate forecasts into actionable demand, production, and inventory plans in a fast-moving market in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with Sales, Procurement, and Production to ensure continuity of supply and optimize stock levels.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with BOM/MRP, and proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems to support weekly and monthly S&OP reviews and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in S&OP, demand/supply planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory and production planning, BOM, and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate planning inputs into SKU-level demand forecasts across channels.
• Translate demand forecasts into production and replenishment requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement to determine material requirements and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify excess or stockout risks; recommend actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly demand-versus-supply reports and support S&OP meetings.
