Job summary

SSC Egypt is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner for its Madinah-based Supply Chain team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on demand forecasting, production and material planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply/dispatch planning across regional warehouses.

You will analyze forecasts, monitor DSP KPIs, and develop production plans while coordinating with procurement and logistics. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years FMCG experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience with demand and supply planning.
• Hands-on experience using SAP DSP/APO for planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze regional forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Develop production plans based on stock, capacity, and demand.
• Plan raw and packaging material requirements in coordination with Procurement.
• Monitor DSP KPIs and adjust forecasts to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouses and branches for timely dispatch.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across regions.

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Madinah. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time and cost. The role will focus on demand forecasting, production planning, material planning, inventory optimization, and supply/dispatch planning across warehouses and branches in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze regional forecasts, sales forecasts, warehouse capacity, available stock, and production capacity.
• Conduct detailed SKU-level forecast analysis to improve demand planning accuracy.
• Monitor DSP KPIs, root-cause analysis, and review sales trends.
• Develop production plans based on stock availability, capacity, and demand.
• Plan raw and packaging material requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
• Strong SAP knowledge, particularly DSP/APO.
• Good understanding of production planning, material planning, and inventory management.
