Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Medina is seeking a Room Care Technician in Engineering to join a luxury five-star property. You will diagnose and fix guestroom issues, carry out electrical and furniture repairs, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant luxury-hotel experience, secondary education, and English proficiency. Strong safety and building-systems knowledge, ability to work independently, and adaptability to diverse environments are

About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Room Care Technician Engineering to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Understand guestroom-related issues, take the necessary equipment and assess and fix problems efficiently. Perform maintenance tasks in rooms including electrical, furniture and basic repair jobs. Handle guests and team inquiries professionally and resolve room care complaints promptly. Complete assigned work orders and room inspections and document all tasks performed. Choose the correct tools and parts from stores and maintain accurate usage logs. Report observed room damages to supervisors and recommend appropriate solutions.
