• 1-2 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
• Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
• Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems.
• Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair guestroom issues after assessment.
• Perform room maintenance including electrical and furniture tasks.
• Respond to guest and team inquiries professionally.
• Complete work orders and room inspections, document tasks.
• Select tools and parts from stores and log usage.
• Report damages to supervisors and suggest solutions.
