Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia seeks an Electronic Technician for the Engineering Department. You will install, maintain and repair electronic and AV/VA systems, read diagrams, and diagnose faults.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the same role at a luxury 5-star property
• Secondary education required; vocational certification in Electronics preferred
• Strong technical skills in electronics, PAVA equipment, AV/VA systems, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems
• Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments

About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Electronic Technician for Engineering Department to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment, AV/VA systems, control systems, and related devices.

Read and interpret electronic drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Diagnose electronic faults and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

Inspect and test electronic systems, PAVA equipment, AV/VA systems, sensors, controllers, and related components.

Replace or repair defective electronic components, circuit boards, sensors, relays, and wiring.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1 or 2 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.

Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification in Electronics preferred.
