Based at the Diriyah project site, the engineer will lead the supervision of potable water, firefighting, irrigation, stormwater drainage, sewer networks, and associated utility structures. The development includes iconic and neighborhood parks, public open spaces, and more than 55 kilometers of streetscape. This position requires an experienced wet-utilities professional who can control construction quality, coordinate technical interfaces, monitor contractor performance, and guide systems through testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Role Context Wet-utility networks are fundamental to the safe operation, sustainability, and long-term serviceability of this public-realm development. As the discipline lead on site, the Senior Wet Utilities Engineer will translate approved designs into compliant infrastructure while protecting quality, safety, schedule, and authority requirements. Reporting to the Construction Director, the engineer will coordinate contractors, project managers, resident engineers, utility providers, and other technical disciplines. Effective leadership in this role will reduce interface conflicts, prevent defective work, support timely approvals, and prepare each network for reliable operation and client acceptance.
This position offers discipline-level responsibility on a prominent Diriyah public-realm program combining utility infrastructure, parks, open spaces, and extensive streetscape works. The varied technical environment provides valuable exposure to complex interfaces, authority approvals, construction leadership, and complete system handover.
