Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pastry chef experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience with a variety of cakes, pastries, desserts.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
• Exceptional organizational skills, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Use innovative techniques to create delicious desserts and pastries
• Decorate cakes and other desserts as per customer requirements
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is correctly and safely used
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ordering new items when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of recipes and production processes
• Ensure a smooth delivery of orders on time
