Job summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on creating, developing and producing a range of delicious pastries for our customers, with opportunities to contribute creative ideas and new recipes.

You will prepare pastries to recipes or customer requests, ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, monitor stock, work with other chefs, follow safety procedures and keep the kitchen clean.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries according to recipes or customer's requests.
• Ensure all recipes are followed accurately.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Work with other chefs in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
