Job summary

Iris Star in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Technical Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion Cloud expertise. You will design, develop, migrate, and integrate complex ERP architectures, building PL/SQL packages, BI Publisher reports, OA Framework/ADF extensions, and API-based integrations.

You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders, ensure compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing, GOSI, and MHRSD, and deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions onsite

Qualifications

10+ years of Oracle ERP hands-on experience (EBS R12 and/or Fusion Cloud).
Mastery of PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, OA Framework/ADF, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Bilingual English/Arabic; strong stakeholder engagement and local KSLA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Oracle ERP components (EBS R12 & Fusion).
Develop complex PL/SQL packages and OBIEE/BI Publisher reports.
Engineer data migrations and integrations using OIC, OSB, and APIs.
Collaborate with functional teams and executives to gather tech requirements.
Ensure KSA localizations compliance (ZATCA e-invoicing, GOSI, MHRSD).
Provide testing, debugging, and production support.
