Job summary

Yallo Retail in Riyadh, KSA seeks an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join the team. The role blends functional HRMS expertise with technical development, supporting implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support projects in a dynamic environment.

The candidate will lead HRMS configurations, participate in Fit-Gap analyses, and design interfaces, reports, and customizations using PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on Oracle EBS HRMS experience in techno-functional roles.
• Proven ability to implement, rollout, and support HRMS projects.
• Strong requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience with PL/SQL, workflows, and BI Publisher.
• Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, rollouts, and production support engagements.
• Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document HR functional requirements.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and propose scalable solutions.
• Configure and support HRMS modules: Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, Learning Management, Recruitment & Succession.
• Design and develop technical solutions and customizations (PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI Publisher).
• Prepare project documentation and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in integrated project environments.
• Ensure quality delivery within timelines and scope.
