Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Leasing Executive in Riyadh to drive occupancy and revenue for a premium residential compound. You will manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move‑in, generate leads, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role involves executing leasing strategies, coordinating with corporate clients and relocation agencies, and maintaining CRM-driven pipelines to meet occupancy targets. On-site in Riyadh, strong English is required with Arabic knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leasing or sales experience in residential real estate in KSA.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic proficiency highly desirable).
• Experience with CRM systems, property management platforms and online listing portals.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing strategy to achieve occupancy targets.
• Generate leads through proactive marketing, networking and outreach activities.
• Respond to all leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate lease terms in line with rental guidelines and prepare lease proposals.
• Maintain detailed pipeline tracking and provide weekly leasing activity reports.
• Conduct market tours and competitive pricing analysis to support pricing.
