Job summary

Bayut is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Riyadh to generate and convert leads for coworking and flexible workspace solutions. You will manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to onboarding, aiming for high occupancy and revenue targets while delivering excellent client service.

The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills, with fluency in Arabic and good English communication. Experience in Riyadh real estate or coworking is a plus, and comprehensive health insurance is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of leasing, coworking or related experience.
• Experience in lead follow-up, client presentations, negotiations, and closing agreements preferred.
• Knowledge of Riyadh/Saudi real estate or coworking market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for coworking spaces and services.
• Conduct tours and presentations of the coworking space.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and lease agreements accurately and on time.
• Negotiate within guidelines to convert inquiries into signed agreements.
• Maintain database of leads, clients, contracts, and leasing status.
• Support tenants with onboarding, renewals, and move-ins.
• Promote additional services such as meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Coordinate space availability, pricing, promotions, and leasing strategy.
