Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leasing experience in mixed-use, retail, or commercial real estate.
• Experience with venue leasing or event space management is a must.
• Strong understanding of lease terms, real estate market dynamics, and legal documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing management software (e.g., Yardi, SAP RE,MRI).

• Business Development: Support client outreach and opportunity follow-ups.
• Leasing Management: Assist with leasing processes and documentation.
