theARLab in Riyadh seeks a Senior Content Strategist to own the content function for Saudi client accounts and internal brands. You will develop strategies, hooks, and storytelling territories tailored to local audiences, while setting the narrative direction for campaigns before launch.

Translate briefs into clear roadmaps, review content for quality and cultural relevance, and mentor creators on tone and storytelling.

Qualifications

5+ years in content strategy, editorial, or copywriting, preferably in a creative agency.
Proven Saudi market experience leading content across multiple brands and accounts.
Ability to translate brand briefs into clear content directions.
Strong understanding of Saudi digital culture and platform trends.
Experience mentoring creative teams and delivering client-ready content.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic (including Saudi dialect) and English.
