Ethos Interactive is seeking a Creative Content Lead in Riyadh to shape ideas and steer how they come to life across multiple brands. You will present work to clients, own content programs, and drive relationships that turn briefs into bigger conversations.

You will lead native content across major platforms, stay attuned to local culture, and guide a small team. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with a strong writing background.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in content, social, or creative — agency or in‑house brand experience
• Strong cultural fluency in MENA market
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong writing in both
• A portfolio showing original creative content programs, not just executed briefs
• Genuinely native to social platforms — your personal feed proves it
• Confident presenter with decks that sell ideas to senior clients
• Experience managing 2–3 people, with appetite to lead more
• Comfort with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker) and platform analytics

Responsibilities

• Be the creative force across a portfolio of clients and develop content programs that audiences want to engage with
• Direct how content comes to life from concept to screen, guiding shoots and editors
• Lead on native platform content across TikTok, Instagram, Snap, X, YouTube
• Stay close to local culture, translating trends and dialects into native content
• Craft presentations that sell ideas to senior client stakeholders
• Run content calendars across multiple clients and ensure on-brand, on-time posts
• Lead and develop a small team of content executives and associates
• Use social listening tools to inform content decisions and build monthly performance frameworks
