Job summary

Noble Horizon is seeking an experienced Head of Content to lead Saudi Living’s content strategy, editorial direction, and creative team. You will build a strong content function, grow our audience, and ensure consistent quality, accuracy, and delivery across platforms.

The role requires a hands-on leader with deep understanding of Saudi audiences, culture, and digital landscape, capable of turning insights into engaging content and collaborating across marketing, sales, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital content, editorial, media, or content marketing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi culture, audience and digital landscape.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable audience growth.
• Excellent editorial judgment and storytelling.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; able to oversee content in both languages.
• Experience managing branded content balancing editorial quality with commercial objectives.
• Saudi market experience; building or scaling a content team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Saudi Living’s brand, audience, and business goals.
• Lead, coach, and manage content creators, writers, editors, and video talent, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Own the editorial calendar across website, social media, video, and community channels.
• Oversee content covering life in Saudi Arabia, including lifestyle, events, local experiences, and community stories.
• Ensure content is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand standards and local requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to deliver branded content and campaigns.
• Set and track content KPIs, using insights to improve results.
• Build relationships with creators, contributors, brands, and community partners.
• Introduce AI tools to improve content planning, production, and quality control.
• Take ownership of deadlines, team performance, and delivery of agreed outcomes.
