Noble Horizon is seeking an experienced Head of Content to lead Saudi Living’s content strategy, editorial direction, and creative team. You will build a strong content function, grow our audience, and ensure consistent quality, accuracy, and delivery across platforms.

The role requires a hands-on leader with deep understanding of Saudi audiences, culture, and digital landscape, capable of turning insights into engaging content and collaborating across marketing, sales, and commercial teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in digital content, editorial, media, or content marketing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi culture, audience and digital landscape.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable audience growth.
• Excellent editorial judgment and storytelling.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; able to oversee content in both languages.
• Experience managing branded content balancing editorial quality with commercial objectives.
• Saudi market experience; building or scaling a content team preferred.

• Introduce AI tools to improve content planning, production, and quality control.

• Oversee content covering life in Saudi Arabia, including lifestyle, events, local experiences, and community stories.

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to deliver effective branded content and campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in digital content, editorial, media, or content marketing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s culture, audience preferences, and digital media landscape.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable audience growth.
• Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media, short-form video, SEO, and content analytics.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with the ability to oversee content in both languages.
• Experience managing branded content and balancing editorial quality with commercial objectives.
• A proactive, collaborative leadership style with strong accountability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Saudi market experience is essential; experience building or scaling a content team is preferred.
