Job summary

BeWunder in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Procurement Manager for a freelance, full‑time assignment on a new project. You will source, tender, negotiate and manage subcontracted construction and AV services to ensure cost‑effective procurement and timely delivery.

Requirements include 5+ years’ procurement experience in construction or turnkey environments, a related bachelor’s degree, and on‑site project support. Arabic is a plus; permits to work in Saudi Arabia are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SCM, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience in construction, AV or turnkey projects.
• Proven on-site procurement support and supplier management.
• Experience with RFQs, negotiations and contract administration.
• Hands-on PO management in ERP systems (e.g., EasyJob).
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes and contract management.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate POs, supplier performance, and timely deliveries.
• Develop cost-saving procurement strategies aligning with project goals.
• Maintain procurement documentation and risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams in Riyadh for on-site support.
