Job summary

GRADE is seeking a Procurement Engineer (Saudi National Only) based in Riyadh. The role requires in-person work with monthly pay ranging from 7,000 to 8,000 SAR. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining delivery records, and managing inventory across sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, a college or high school diploma, proficient Microsoft Office skills, and solid English communication. Travel and site coordination may be required.

Qualifications

• At least High School or College graduate.
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience.
• 25-38 years of age.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good in English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, takes initiative and sets priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inspects all incoming materials, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Maintain records of deliveries, receipts of materials, releasing materials, approvals on materials movements.
• Proper inventory control from preparation to posting in the inventory system.
• Storekeeping of valued materials.
• Proper monitoring and documentation of in and out of materials.
• Sourcing for local suppliers in KSA whenever requested by the procurement department.
• Procure, pay, deliver, coordinate and support projects/sites requests locally with the instructions of the procurement department.
