BeWunder is seeking a Construction Manager for a freelance, full-time assignment in Riyadh. The candidate will oversee all construction and site installation activities, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction management with Middle East exposure and fluent Arabic where possible. Responsibilities include planning, site management, safety leadership, stakeholder liaison, and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in construction management/civil engineering with exposure to projects in the Middle East.
• Strong reading of technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all construction and site installation activities to meet project timelines.
• Lead day-to-day site operations and supervision of contractors, freelancers, and labour.
• Promote health and safety culture; conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to clients and project teams.
• Monitor budgets and labour costs; support procurement and change management.
