Job summary

BeWunder is seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer for a temporary freelance assignment in Riyadh. You will handle planning and scheduling, cost control, and commercial responsibilities across the project lifecycle, coordinating with multiple teams to keep progress on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Project Controls, Planning Engineering, Cost Control or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in construction, interiors, infrastructures or related project environments.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, WBS, schedules, milestones and resource plans.
• Maintain schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project aligned with contractual milestones.
• Identify critical paths, bottlenecks and risks with mitigation measures.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules and risk registers.
• Support EOT and time impact analysis; manage cost reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with project teams on resources, procurement, and subcontractors.
