Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Riyadh to oversee planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a portfolio of programs, drive client engagement, and ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

You will develop market insights, manage risks, foster a strong HSEQ culture, and mentor project teams while pursuing new contracts and revenue growth in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong leadership abilities to drive teams toward goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving with risk identification and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by pursuing opportunities for new contracts, services, and extensions.
• Achieve revenue, ITD, and gross margin targets while ensuring effective program delivery and cost control.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and improve satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of programs per scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual obligations; monitor risks and opportunities.
• Foster a strong HSEQ culture and support Saudization and diversity within teams.
