Kinetic is hiring a Market Access Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company, based in Riyadh. The role centers on developing and implementing market access strategies, engaging with key stakeholders and centers to drive access, and supporting patient access programs with strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include pricing strategy development aligned with local teams and providing health economics training to field staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma market access and pricing strategies.
• Strong regulatory knowledge related to pricing and market access.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oncology or specialty exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize a strategy for obtaining and maximizing market access.
• Partner with key market stakeholders and centers to elicit Market Access requirements.
• Facilitate patient access programs and build strategic partnerships with healthcare companies.
• Identify opportunities for partnership with local health authorities (MOH, NUPCO, etc.).
• Provide health economic and value training to field support teams; communicate the role of market access via presentations.
• Ensure development of pricing strategies aligned with local teams.
