Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager, Market Access Lead for Saudi Arabia to shape country access strategy and drive patient access across hospitals and institutions. You will lead cross-functional efforts, including pricing, formulary enlisting, and stakeholder engagement to optimize portfolio value.

You will work closely with regional teams to implement country plans, monitor payer dynamics, and ensure compliant, high-impact market access initiatives in a complex Saudi environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Pharmaceutical/Medical field; MBA preferred
• 6+ years pharma/biopharma market access experience
• Experience with formulary inclusions/enlisting in Saudi Arabia
• Strong English and Arabic communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own access strategy, execution, and hospital/enlisting across Saudi Arabia
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align value communication and enlisting strategies
• Engage stakeholders to understand payer challenges and drive market access plans
• Monitor local health economies and update plans with new insights
• Maintain relationships with government and non-government stakeholders to support access objectives
• Ensure market access activities align with brand and geography plans
