Job summary

Kinetic is hiring a Market Access Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company, based in Riyadh. The role centers on developing and implementing market access strategies, engaging with key stakeholders and centers to drive access, and supporting patient access programs with strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include pricing strategy development aligned with local teams and providing health economics training to field staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma market access and pricing strategies.
• Strong regulatory knowledge related to pricing and market access.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oncology or specialty exposure is preferred.

To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire 100% nationals from Saudi Arabia.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Ensuring the implementation of a strategy for obtaining and maximizing market access
• Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements;
• Facilitating patient access programs and building strategic partnerships with healthcare companies
• Identifying opportunities for partnership with local health authorities such as MOH, NUPCO, etc.
• Providing health economic and value training to field support teams; communicating the role of market access through presentations
• Ensuring the development of pricing strategies aligned with the local teams.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire 100% nationals from Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience within the pharmaceutical industry, of which 4 years of experience in a Market Access role.
• Oncology or specialty experience is a must.
• Good knowledge of regulatory policies and pricing strategies.
• Strong network in market access within the industry and customer base.
